- The University of Manizales reserves the right to modify fees, schedules, program dates, course content, and services when necessary. Courses may be rescheduled or cancelled if minimum enrollment requirements are not met.

Program fees and dates are subject to confirmation at the time of enrollment. Students are encouraged to contact the University before making travel arrangements. Fees published on this website are listed in Colombian pesos (COP). When applicable, payments or quotations in United States Dollars (USD) may vary according to the exchange rate applicable at the time of payment.
- Group Spanish courses are subject to minimum enrollment. Private one-to-one Spanish lessons are also available on demand for students seeking greater flexibility or personalized instruction.
- Students are responsible for ensuring that they meet all applicable passport, visa, immigration, health insurance, and entry requirements for Colombia before travelling. The University can provide academic documentation related to enrollment when applicable, but immigration requirements remain the student's responsibility.

Accommodation is subject to availability and must be confirmed separately from academic enrollment. Different options are available according to the length of stay, budget, and student preferences. Services and inclusions vary by provider. Some options are accommodation only, while others may include breakfast or additional services. Students should confirm what is included before booking.

- Airfare, airport transfers, local transportation, meals, personal expenses, travel insurance, and tourism activities are not included unless expressly stated in the selected program or quotation.
